MonoSeal is Pure Polyurea coating system for roof, walkway and balcony repairs and coatings. Easy to apply from a simple patch repair to complete seamless, monolithic, hydrophobic roof membrane. 25 year minimum manufacturers warranty. Suitable for any substrate wet or dry. Water-proofing of flat and pitched roof structures, communal walkways, podium decks balconies and terrace roofs. Applicable to existing concrete, roofing felt, brickwork and asbestos cement decks. Hand applied either pour, brush, trowel, squeegee or roller on. Self levelling and cures within one hour with foot trafficking possible in two to three hours. No Fleece Required – No Odour.

Immediate waterproofing upon application. Seamless waterproofing technology, no risk for leaking joints. UV and chemically resistant. Primer may be required substrate dependant.
